The company, Sidharth Papers Limited, is registered under Companies Act, 1956 vide registration no. 24268 on 07/10/1986 for manufacturing of Kraft Paper & premium quality Duplex Board by its promoter Directors Shri Jitendra Kumar,  Shri Sushil Kumar, Shri Munesh Bansal and Shri Vinod Kumar; all belonging to a reputed business/ industrial family of Muzaffarnagar. The company started its commercial production in June, 1988 with an installed capacity of 6000 TPA Kraft paper. The management also installed an Eco-friendly Premium Quality Duplex Board manufacturing plant in 2005, with installed capacity of 82500 TPA to cater the packaging of FMCG industry’s products.  This Machine was shifted from Italy, previously it was the part of renowned and largest board manufacturer of Italy and II^nd largest one of Europe M/s Reno De Medici S.p.A. At present total the production capacity of company is 179000 TPA which was enhanced in phase-wise manner within a time-span of 27 years since its inception. The both units are based on 100% Wastepaper as raw material.
