The firm has its unit spread over an area of 5 acres. At gavalwadi road with an installed production capacity of 100+ metric tonnes per day. The firm has highly experienced and skilled team who assures reuse of 90-95% water and chemicals used during manufacturing process. This minimizes the fresh water consumption which is added due to evaporation. The chemicals used are eco friendly. The water drained at various stages of manufacturing is lifted into backwater tank where on it is fed to dump chest for recycling.
