Company Listing FAQ

Companies can make their account on Paper Mart Directory Platform with basic details for free. That listing would be visible to the visitors.

Paper mart Directory offers Silver, Gold, Diamond membership plans. These are yearly payable plans having different/additional benefits. You may go to ……………………………… to compare the plan.

Paper Mart Directory has connected the Paper Industry as a whole. We have divided the platform into 3 business categories i.e., Paper Mills, Suppliers to Paper Mills and Paper Traders, it’s so easy to access as per your requirement.

You can do it from your Dashboard. Dashboard>Upgrade Account>Deactivate Account.

If you recently posted your company profile, it has been sent to our Backend team for review profile to make sure they are appropriate for publishing on Paper Mart Directory. It could take up to seven business days for our Backend team to review your company for listing in our directory. If approved, your company profile will be available/seen on website to buyers Or if approval is denied by our team, you will get an email regarding the same.

You can pay through Net Banking (NB), Debit Card (DC), Credit Card (CC), Wallet or UPI.

You will receive an email regarding renewing your plan. Simply click to the renew button in the mail.

When you cancel your subscription at any point during your annual cycle, your listing remains active until the end of your billing period. Then, it’s cancelled automatically.

Please keep in mind that active memberships can only be renewed 30 days prior to the expiration date. If your membership is expired or inactive, you can mail the help desk to renew your membership.

By creating the ‘Visitor Account’, the account holder will get access to the Dashboard where he/she can see their favorite list and handle the queries. The facility of creating a favorite list and communicating with other companies is only possible after creating the Visitor Account’.
You can pay online and offline. For online you can make payment through Transfer through Net Banking, UPI, Credit Cards etc.
You will receive an email regarding renewing your plan. Simply click the “renew” button in the mail.

Please keep in mind that active memberships can only be renewed prior to the expiration date. If your membership is expired or inactive, you can mail the help desk to renew your membership.

Also, if you wish to deactivate your account immediately, you need to press the “delete profile” button from your dashboard and it will be deleted immediately, but in that case the payment is non-refundable.

The visitors/members can contact our Customer Care Team and send the query via EMAIL ID. Reply may take 2-3 working days.

If you recently posted your company profile, it has been sent to our Backend Team for review purpose to make sure the profile and the information shared are appropriate for publishing on Paper Mart Directory. It could take up to 7 business days for our Backend Team to review your company for listing in our directory. If approved, your company profile will be available/seen on the website to buyers or if approval is denied, you will get an email regarding the same.
Although it will be done once you submit it in your dashboard and save it — but still if it does not appear, you may contact our team. Helpdesk contact details are mentioned on the website.
Make sure you have Saved the Changes; also it can be due to cookies/cache. You may clear cookies/cache and make changes once again. If it still occurs, do contact our team. Helpdesk contact details are mentioned on the website.
At present, when we receive fraud reports, we block the suspect’s company profile, their product and listings and terminate their membership to eliminate the possibility of repeat offences. We also maintain a blacklist of offenders to ensure that they do not gain admittance to Paper Mart Directory at a later stage. Please note that these steps are taken on suspicion of fraud, before obtaining evidence. Paper Mart will not and cannot act as a mediator in disputes between buyers and sellers. By its very nature, international fraud is difficult to prosecute effectively and resolve satisfactorily. All Paper Mart Directory members are advised to be vigilant at all times.
